Baked Pineapple

3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
5 - 6 slices bread, cubed
1/4 lb. margarine

Beat eggs until light. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and pineapple. Pour into 8" x 12" baking dish. Melt margarine and toss in bread cubes until coated. Cover pineapple mixture with cubes and bake 45 minutes in 325° oven. Goes well with ham. Serves 8.
