Buy frozen jumbo shrimp (allow 4 to a serving). Thaw them; drain them. Flatten shrimp in a buttered shallow baking pan. Top with following dressing. Season with garlic salt, onion, salt, just a dash celery salt. Enough milk to make light and fluffy dressing. Put generous amount of dressing on each flattened-out shrimp. This is enough for 16 to 20 jumbo shrimp. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until shrimp meat has turned white.

1 cup finely crushed potato chips
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1-pint scallops put through food grinder, raw
