Beef Fritters

1 pound round steak
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper

Have the steak ground or put it through your food chopper. Season with pepper and salt, then add the corn, 1 cup of crumbs, and 2 eggs slightly beaten. Cook the same as pork sausage in a hot frying pan.
