Beef with Corn and Tomatoes
1 ½ pounds of rib roast, rolled roast or steak
1 large can of drained tomatoes
1 small can of niblet corn
½ teaspoon basil
pinch of tarragon
pinch of allspice
Cut the meat into 2-inch squares. Combine meat with tomatoes, corn, basil, tarragon and allspice. Place ingredients in a buttered casserole dish, cover and bake in oven at 350 F for 25 minutes.
