Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla; beat 2 minutes on medium speed (batter will be thin).
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan or two 9 inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes for oblong pan or 30-35 minutes for layer pans, or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely, frost as desired.
Black Magic Cake
1 ¾ cups unsifted all-purpose four
2 cups sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup buttermilk or 1 tablespoon vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup
