1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets

1 can mushroom pieces, drained

1 can ripe olives, drained and sliced

1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced

1 bottle zesty Italian dressing

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add dressing. Marinate 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
