Butter Fingers

 

 

2 sticks butter or margarine                    

2 cups flour

2 tablespoons powdered                         

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups finely chopped pecans


 


Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and other ingredients. Shape dough into 2-1/2 X ¾ inch logs. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Immediately after removing logs from oven, roll them in powdered sugar. Yields: 4 dozen logs.
