Cabbage Rolls

10 lg cabbage leaves

1 lg onion, chopped fine

1lb ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup bread crumbs

Dash cinnamon (opt)

1 can tomatoes, well drained


Cook the cabbage leaves in saucepan in enough water to cover for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Place on cabbage leaves, roll and secure with toothpicks. Wrap rolls in foil and place in a baking pan. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes.
