Campbell Dip

 

2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons vinegar
8 ounces cream cheese
½ red pepper, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped

Cook first 3 ingredients in pan until thick, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese and peppers. Beat until creamy. Cool. Place in the center of a tray of crisp raw vegetables, salted crackers, or corn chips.
