Chicken Cordon Bleu

8 skinned, boned chicken breasts

1/4 lb shaved, baked ham (slices)

1/4 lb Swiss cheese (slices)

Sauce:

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon curry powder


Pound chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper. Put ham and cheese on breast and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Put in baking dish on top of thin layer of sauce. Pour remaining sauce on top. Bake at 350F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
