Lightly brown chicken. Add vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in mayonnaise, soy and ginger. Serve over rice.
Chicken Stir-Fry
2 T. oil
3 boneless chicken breast halves
Dash of garlic salt
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. bell pepper, sliced
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. cauliflower
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 T. mayonnaise
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
