1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
? teaspoon ground ginger
1 (16 oz.) package fish fillets or equal amount fresh white fish
1 tablespoon green onions, minced (optional)
Thaw and dry fish, if using frozen. Marinate fish an hour in the refrigerator using first four ingredients. Place in a pan and broil until fish flakes easily. Time depends on thickness of fish. Scatter green onions over fillets at end of cooking time. 3 servings.
