Chocolate Delight

1 (12-oz.) package of chocolate chips
8 oz. container of Ricotta cheese
8 oz. whipped cream
Chocolate shavings or chopped nuts

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. As they melt, add ricotta cheese, stirring until mixed. Chill. Before it sets, layer the chocolate mixture and whipped cream in parfait glasses. Put chocolate shavings or chopped nuts on top. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with small vanilla cookies. Serves 8.
