Chocolate Pudding Cake

1 cup flour
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 Tablespoons cocoa
¾ cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons margarine, melted
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
4 Tablespoons cocoa
2 cups hot water
Stir together the first 5 ingredients. Combine milk, vanilla and melted margarine; pour into first mixture and stir until blended. Spoon into an 8 inch square pan. Combine brown sugar and 4 Tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over the batter. Pour hot water over it. Bake at 350? oven 40-45 minutes.
