Company Potatoes

2lbs frozen hash browns

2 cups sour cream

1/4 cup melted oleo

1/2 cups chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 can cream of chicken soup

 

Topping:

2 cups crushed corn flakes

1/4 cup oleo


Thaw potatoes and combine with remaining ingredients. Put in flat glass 9x12-inch baking dish. Top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
