Corn and Potato Soup

1 cup cubed raw potatoes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/8 paprika
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2 cups water
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 teaspoon salt
Place potatoes and onions in water; bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle nonfat dry milk, flour, salt, pepper and paprika over surface of 2 cups water in top of double boiler; beat with rotary beater until blended and smooth. Place over boiling water and cook until slightly thickend, stirring constantly, about 1o to 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and onions; stir into sauce. Add corn. Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.
