Cornflake Corned-Beef Hash

 

1 can corned-beef hash, chilled
¼ cup undiluted evaporated milk
½ cup cornflake crumbs
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cut corned-beef hash into 1/2 - inch slices. Combine cornflake crumbs and seasoning. Dip slices into evaporated milk. Coat with crumbs. Lay in a foil lined baking pan bake 25 minutes in a moderate oven.
