Cowboy Steak

Round Steak

2 cups of flour

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

2 tablespoons powered beef bouillon

2 tablespoons white pepper

1 teaspoon of ground rosemary


In a seperate bowl mix ingredients. Pound steak with mallet and coat both sides of the steak evely with the flour mixture. Add butter and oil to hot pan and add steak. Cook til blood comes up and then flip. Add water to the remaining sauce for gravy.
