Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately, season with salt and pepper- fold together, and cook in preheated, greased skillet. When almost cooked add tomatoes and other ingredients- chopped and mixed accordingly. Fold the latter into omelet mixture and cook about 2 minutes more.

1 onion
1 sweet (bell) pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
