Heat oven to 375F. Blend yogurt and salad dressing. Mix crackers, paprika, and salt. Dip chicken breast in yogurt mixture, then into cracker crumbs. Place chicken in ungreased dish or jelly roll pan. Cover and bake 45 minutes Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake uncovered until golden brown for 10-15 minutes. Serves 5.
Crunchy, Munchy Chicken
½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup Thousand Island salad dressing
24 saltine crackers, finely crushed
2 tsp. salt
5 chicken breast halves
¼ cup butter
