Cook all ingredients, except rice and beef stock, in salad oil until tender, but not brown. Stir in rice and beef stock. Simmer for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Dirty Rice
1/2 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb chicken livers, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb small frozen shrimp
1 teaspoon pepper
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup salad oil
2 small onions, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can beef stock
