Festive Corn Salad
1 lg. can whole -Kernel corn, drained
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, minced
Mix together and coat with the following:
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Chill before serving.
