Festive Glazed Ham

1 (5lb) ham

 

Festive Glaze :

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Dash of ground ginger

1/2 cup lemon juice


Place ham in a shallow baking dish. Heat according to ham label instructions. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, cloves and ginger; add lemon juice. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Spoon glaze over ham during last 30 minutes of heating time.
