Five Bean Salad

1 lg can cut green beans, drained

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 lg can wax beans, drained

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1 lg can garbanzo beans, drained

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 lg can kidney beans, drained

1/2 cup honey

1 lg can lima beans, drained

2 teaspoons salt

1 lg onion, sliced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Toss the beans together with the onion rings and green pepper rings. In a separate bowl, beat together the vinegar, vegetable oil, honey, salt and pepper. Stir in with the bean mixture and marinate 12 hours in the refrigerator. This salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
