½ cup water
¼ cup butter, melted
? cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup nuts, chopped
? cup pancake syrup
Mix biscuit mix with water to make a workable dough. Roll out to a 12 x 10 inch rectangle on a floured board. Trim sides evenly. Spread melted butter over dough. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the butter. Scatter nuts on top (raisins and coconut can be added, if desired). Roll up as for jelly roll. Cut in ½ inch slices. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown, in a 400 F oven.
Remove from oven. Immediately drizzle pancake syrup over rolls. Allow to set until syrup has soaked in.
