Combine vegetables and chill. Then blend sour cream, salt, and sugar if desired. Add to vegetables just before serving. Freshly ground black pepper may be added. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
Fresh Vegetables in Sour Cream
1 cup sliced radishes
1 cup diced cucumbers
1/4 cup minced scallions
1/4 cup celery, minced
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt (about)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
freshly ground black pepper (optional)
