Fried Clams

1 cup pancake mix
2 cups flour
2 to 3 eggs
Cooking oil


Place pancake mix and flour in a bag that doesn’t leak
Beat eggs with a fork in a medium sized bowl
Clean and rinse clams
Coat the clams in the eggs, them put them in the bag and shake ‘em
Fry them until golden brown in well heated vegetable oil.

Eat and enjoy!
