2 cups milk
1 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 pint heavy cream
2 cups strawberries
whipped cream
1 graham cracker pie crust
Combine chocolate almond pudding and milk and prepare according to package directions. Divide pudding into two equal parts. To half of the pudding, add instant coffee. Cover and freeze puddings (do not freeze solid). Whip heavy cream until stiff. Remove puddings from freezer and whip until smooth. Divide whipped cream into equal parts. Fold half of whipped cream into each pudding. Pour mocha chocolate almond pudding into pie crust, add a layer of strawberries, pour a layer of chocolate almond pudding, decorate with whipped cream and garnish with strawberries. Freeze at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer approximately 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
