Frozen Cream with Fresh Fruit

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup light cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sliced and sweetened strawberries, peaches, or blueberries.


Soften cream cheese with electric beaters. Add sugar, beating until smooth. Blend in cream and vanilla. Pour into 8 paper lined muffin pan cups. Freeze until firm. Remove paper before serving. Spoon ¼ cup fruit over each portion. 8 servings.
