2 Tablespoons cold water
1/ cup boiling water
1 Tablespoon sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup ginger ale
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup seedless grapes
½ cup diced canned pineapple
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Soften gelatin in cold water, add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, salt, ginger ale, and lemon juice and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into individual molds. When set unmolded on lettuce and garnish with mayonnaise. Serves 4-6.
Ginger Ale Fruit Salad
