In a large mixing bowl combine the flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine the egg, buttermilk, and honey. Add to dry ingredients, and stir until just moistened. Stir in the raisins. Turn dough out onto a greased baking sheet. Pat with wet fingers into an 8-inch round. Brush with the egg white. Bake in a 350F oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of the loaf comes out clean. Serve warm. Makes 1 round loaf.
