Habanero Prawns
Boil 24 large prawns or shrimp for approximately 1 to 2 minutes, drain and set aside. In a large skillet melt 1 cup butter. Add diced habernero (to taste) , 1 garlic clove, diced, stir to combine. Add boiled prawns or shrimp to mixture, stir. To avoid excess butter, remove prawns or shrimp with slotted spoon.
