Honey Butter

1/4 lb. butter

1/4 c. honey

1/8 t. ground cinnamon (opt.)


Allow 1/4 lb of butter to soften slightly at room temperature. Place in a mixing bowl and add 1/4 c. honey. Blend together with a mixer. Add more honey, until desired sweetness. As a variation, add 1/8 t. ground cinnamon. Pour the spread in attractive containers and chill. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
