4 pound fryer, cut up
Softened butter
1⁄2 cup honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Brush chicken with butter and drizzle with honey and soy sauce mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1⁄2 hours. Baste often with sauce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
