Heat lobster meat in butter in top of double boiler. Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Combine egg yolks, cream and Worcestershire and add to lobster. Cook mixture slowly until thick. Serve on toast points.
Lobster Newburg
1 cup diced cooked lobster meat
2 T. butter
1/4 cup dry sherry wine
3 egg yolks
1 cup light cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
