Mini Banana Pancakes

2 ripe bananas, peeled
2 cups milk
2 eggs
½  cup melted butter
1 ½  cups flour
1 rounded teaspoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½  teaspoon salt



Cut bananas in pieces and puree in blender. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine dry ingredients. Fold in banana mixture just until blended. Pour batter on hot greased griddle two tablespoons at a time. Cook each side until brown. Serve with favorite syrup. About 36 small pancakes.
