Monkey Bread

 

1/2 cup sugar                                   

1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon                        

1 stick margarine

3 packages refrigerator biscuits         

pecans (optional) 



Combine first to ingredients. Cut biscuits in quarters. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Layer in a buttered bundt pan. Pour any remaining sugar mixture into an 8 ounce measuring cup. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and enough sugar to fill the cup. Melt margarine. Stir sugar and pecans mixture into it. Spoon over the top of biscuits. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
