1 cup sour milk
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup graham flour (whole wheat)
1⁄2 cup white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1⁄2 tsp. salt
1⁄2 cup dates or currants, chopped (optional)
1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

1 cup sour milk
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup graham flour (whole wheat)
1⁄2 cup white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1⁄2 tsp. salt
1⁄2 cup dates or currants, chopped (optional)
1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Mix milk and molasses. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in dates and nuts. Pour into two greased 4 x 8 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
