1 cup salted peanuts
½ cup seedless raisins
½ cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
In a large bowl, combine popcorn, peanuts, and raisins. Put sugar and corn syrup in a sauce pan; heat to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; blend in peanut butter. Add vanilla. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture; toss lightly. Press into buttered muffin pans. Remove when firm. Makes 12-16 cups.
