Okra Casserole

1 1⁄2 lbs. of okra
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1⁄2 red bell pepper, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
5 strips of bacon


Slice okra into thin rounds. Grease a 2-1⁄2 quart casserole. Place layers of okra, tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion and red bell pepper. Repeat layers. Lay bacon overlapping on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
