Orange Cake

1 package Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake mix

1 package Jello brand instant vanilla pudding

½ cup Crisco oil

4 eggs, beaten

1 can of Mandarin orange slices with juice

1 cup together of orange juice and juice from Mandarin oranges slices

¼ cup Grand Marnier or any orange flavored liquor



1. Place all the ingredients except for the Mandarin orange slices in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add the Mandarin slices to the mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

2. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 55 minutes.

3. Cool for ½ hour. Invert in cake dish.

 

Notes

· You can serve this as is or top it with a glaze made from 1 cup of confectionery sugar, 1 tbsp orange juice, and 1 tbsp of liquor.
