1 cup salted peanuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix cereal and peanuts. Combine sugar and syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring quickly to coat. Pat evenly into a buttered 8" x 8" pan. Cool; cut into bars.
