3 cups vinegar

1 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon pickling spice


Carefully shell hard-boiled eggs and pack them into hot sterilized jars. Cover with the remaining ingredients. Seal and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
