1 red apple, unpeeled
1 large orange, sectioned
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 stalk celery
1 medium onion, chopped
? cup seedless raisins
? cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper
Pick over salmon and break into small chunks. Cut apple and orange into bite size pieces. Cut celery into diagonal slices. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce with sweet and spicy French dressing or Zesty Italian. 6 servings.
