Pumpkin-Pear Pie
3/4 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. pear sauce (or applesauce)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. turbinado sugar ( or refined sugar)
1 t. ginger, ground
1/4 t. cloves
1/2 t. cinnamon, ground
2 eggs
1 c. milk, scalded
1-9" pie shell
Combine the first 2 ingredients; add the sugar and spices. Beat in the eggs and milk. Pour into a 9" pie shell and bake at 375 for 60 minutes. Yield: 1 9"pie
