Blend mayonnaise, flour, milk and eggs; add crabmeat, cheese and onions. After mixing all together, pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan. Bake at 350F. for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves. 8.
Quiche Lorraine
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 (71/2 oz) can crabmeat, drained
8oz Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 cup green onions, diced fine
