Combine first 4 ingrdients; stir well. Combine vegetables. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves and fill with salad just before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
Red, White & Green Salad
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 green onions, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Lettuce leaves
2 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
