Ripe Olive Salad

olive1

1 clove garlic, split
1 bunch watercress
2 peeled tomatoes, sliced
1 cup diced ripe olives
2 hearts celery, chopped
1/2-cup herb vinegar
French dressing
The leaves of 2 lettuce hearts


Rub the salad bowl with the garlic, place next 5 ingredients in it and mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 servings
