Rise & Shine Cheesy Egg Bake

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

4 teaspoons instant minced onions

1 teaspoon mustard

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

12 eggs

12 (1/2 inch) slices buttered French bread


Combine soup, milk, onion and mustard. Cook, stirring until smooth. Stir in cheese. Pour 1 cup of sauce in 8x12 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Break eggs in dish. Spoon in rest of sauce around eggs. Stand bread around edge of dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
