Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 cups of Pumpkin seeds

1 quart of water

2 tablesponns salt

1 tablespoon melted butter or oil of choice


Hand-rub pumpkin seeds in a bowl of water to remove the pumpkin. Dry the seeds on a towel and coat lightly with cooking oil (or melted butter) and salt. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350F. oven for 30 minutes. Turn occasionally. Once the seeds have cooled, store in an airtight container.
